Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) is premised on the Governments efforts aimed at increasing black management and ownership in an attempt to redress past  racial inequalities. Against this background, all aspects of BBBEE are dealt with at HJW Attorneys by specialist attorneys.
