HJW’s Employment Law Department advises and supports clients by appearing in all disrepute resolution bodies, the Labour and High Courts as well as the Labour Appeal Court. HJW provides further assistance to clients at private arbitrations.

Transfer of a Business as a Going Concern

  • Draft Due Diligence reports when transferring a business as a going concern;

  • Assist businesses in the valuation of liability in terms of Section 197 of the Labour Relations Act;

  • Provide further assistance to clients in regard to the restructuring of the business after a Section 197 Agreement is concluded.
